Airport Transfer & Private Taxi Services – skytransfer-frankfurt

1. Scope of Services

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by skytransfer-frankfurt, located at Hanauer Landstraße 330, 60314 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The company offers airport transfer services, private taxi rides, and long-distance transportation across Germany and Europe.

By booking a service, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Services Provided

skytransfer-frankfurt provides:

  • Airport transfers to and from Frankfurt Airport
  • Private taxi and chauffeur services
  • Long-distance transfers within Germany and across Europe
  • Optional meet & greet service at the airport (upon request)

All services are carried out by professional drivers and in suitable vehicle categories.

3. Booking and Contract Formation

Bookings can be made via:

  • Website (online booking form)
  • Phone
  • WhatsApp

A contract is considered valid once the booking is confirmed by Skytransfer-Frankfurt.

Customers must provide accurate details, including:

  • Pickup location
  • Destination
  • Date and time
  • Number of passengers

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on:

  • Vehicle category (Sedan, Estate, Kombi, Van, S-Class)
  • Distance (per kilometer pricing)
  • Base fare (0–12 km)
  • Hourly booking (if applicable)

All prices are fixed and transparent, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Card
  • Online payment

5. Waiting Time and Flight Delays

For airport transfers:

  • Free waiting time: 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time
  • Flight delays are monitored if flight details are provided

Additional waiting time may be charged.

6. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Customers can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will incur a 50% charge of the total fare.

No-Show

A no-show occurs if the passenger:

  • Does not arrive at the pickup location
  • Cannot be reached within the waiting time

In such cases, the full fare will be charged.

7. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 days from the cancellation date using the original payment method.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Being present at the agreed pickup location on time
  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Informing the driver of any changes in advance

9. Liability

skytransfer-frankfurt is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Missed flights unless caused by gross negligence

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, where legally permitted.
