Sky Transfer Frankfurt – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the booking and provision of transfer and chauffeur services by Sky Transfer Frankfurt (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through https://skytransfer-frankfurt.de/ (“Website”) and any related services. By booking with us, you accept and agree to these Terms in full.
1. Definitions
Passenger: Any person whose name appears on the booking.
Customer: The person or entity paying for the services.
Service: Airport transfer, chauffeur service, shuttle, intercity or any transport booked via our Website.
Confirmation: Written confirmation of the accepted booking issued by us.
2. Contract Formation

A contract only exists once we issue the Confirmation.

Until Confirmation is issued, all bookings are subject to availability.

The service price and details noted in the booking are binding once confirmed.
3. Booking and Information Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate travel details (flight number, pickup address, destination, time, contact details).

We are not responsible for delays, charges, or issues caused by incorrect information.

You must verify all booking details upon receipt of Confirmation.
4. Payment

Payment must be made as instructed on the Website (card, PayPal, bank transfer, cash upon pickup where available).

Some bookings require full prepayment before Confirmation.

If payment fails or is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice.
5. Service Provision

We aim to provide punctual and reliable service.

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, public events, or other force majeure events.

All services are provided under local transport regulations and carrier insurance where applicable.
6. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.

Passengers are responsible for obtaining travel and entry documents.

We accept no liability for missed flights, trains, or other connections due to passenger error.
7. Waiting Time

Included waiting time (without extra charge):

Airport pickups — up to 60 minutes after scheduled arrival

Non-airport pickups — up to 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time

Extra waiting time after free waiting expires will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
8. Baggage & Extras

Standard luggage allowances apply — oversized or extra luggage must be declared at booking.

Child seats, pets, and special requests must be noted at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.
9. Cancellations & Changes
Customer Cancellations

Cancellations must be made via email or through the booking system and confirmed in writing by us.

Free cancellation if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare will be charged.

No-show or cancellation at the pickup time: 100% of the fare is charged.
Changes
-
Requests to amend bookings must be sent in writing.

Changes within 24 hours of pickup may be accepted at our discretion and may incur fees.
10. Company Cancellations

We may cancel due to force majeure, vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or safety reasons.

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund the fare paid, but are not liable for other costs.
11. Liability & Claims

We limit liability to amounts equal to the service fare paid, except where prohibited by law.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of service completion.
12. Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
